HAPPENING TOMORROW: Join us for the 35th annual Beverlin Memorial Track Meet! ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ This incredible event pays tribute to two remarkable individuals who made significant contributions to the Boone Community School District. In 1989, Stan Brandmeyer, a dedicated teacher and coach in Boone, established this track meet in memory of Ken Beverlin, the former Boone Athletic Director. Tragically, Mr. Beverlin lost his life in a car accident that same year, and Mr. Brandmeyer organized the inaugural meet that spring. The primary goal of this event was to introduce 5th and 6th grade students to the exciting world of track and field while honoring Mr. Beverlin's legacy. The schedule for the event is as follows (start and end times are approximate): โฐ Morning Session (6th Grade): 10am-12pm โฐ Afternoon Session (5th Grade): 12:30-2:30pm Parents and families are invited to cheer on our students as they compete in the event. Admission is FREE!
