Our last 15-year staff member at Boone CSD to celebrate is Joanne Krafcisin, Special Education teacher at Franklin Elementary. She has poured her heart and soul into shaping the lives of countless students.
Reflecting on her journey, Joanne shared, "When I left the Boone schools after a brief stint from 1992–94, I never did imagine I would be returning with my family in 2005. The Boone community and Boone CSD have been amazing places to live and raise our family."
Joanne's dedication to education goes beyond the classroom. She emphasized, "Our schools are growing and advancing to meet the needs of all learners and prepare all students to be successful in whatever path they choose." She also helps with the Hope Foundation and said that she's never been a part of an organization that offers more hope and assistance to families.
Her passion, commitment, and unwavering support for students and families inspire us all. Joanne, here's to many more years of making a difference!
